A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car on Avenida Luiz Boiteux Piazza, in Canasvieiras, on December 27th. Two other motorcyclists were involved in the accident, and were taken to hospital. The driver of the car was not injured.
According to witnesses, who activated the 21st Battalion of the Military Police, two motorcyclists traveling in the corridor collided head-on on Avenida Luiz Boiteux Piazza. A car on the avenue slowed down to provide help, and was hit in the rear by a motorbike that was coming at high speed. This motorcyclist died on the spot. The drivers of the motorcycles that collided were attended to by Samu, and sent to Hospital Celso Ramos.
The General Institute of Expertises and the 7th Police Precinct attended the site. According to preliminary information, the motorcyclist died on his birthday.
